I am a literary translator currently searching for a Mexican poet who is interested in having a collection of poems translated. I have just completed the translation of Trilce by Cesár Vallejo, with some of those poems to be published in the Notre Dame Review and in Ezra. I have a translation of the poetry of Pedro Xavier Solis coming out as a book on November 1.

I do not charge for my translation work in poetry– my goal is to create a wonderful bilingual collection that can be shared with people in the US who are not fluent in Spanish. I retired from a career in strategic management consulting, and now have returned to my first intellectual love: Spanish American poetry.
